Q: I have a billing question. Who can I talk to?

A: Hardin Sanitation handles all billing and account maintenance for the City of Eagle residential homes. Weekly trash removal and bi-weekly recycling collection are billed in advance each quarterly (every three months).

A: Yes. Set up an Online Bill Pay account or make a One Time Payment by visiting our Bill Pay page.

Q: What if I have extra trash one week or bulky items? What if I need a special pick-up?

A: Contact our office to schedule extra trash, oversized items, or special pick-up. Additional fees may apply.

Q: What is household hazardous waste (HHW) and how can I learn more?

Q: What if I have bulky items or extra trash? Can I schedule an extra pick-up?

A: Contact our office to schedule extra trash, oversized items, or special pick-up. Additional fees may apply.

Q: Who do I contact if someone is illegally dumping in my Hardin Sanitation container?

A: If you live within the Eagle city limits, call the city government office at (208) 939-6813. Outside city limits, contact Hardin Sanitation at (208) 642-2629.

FAQ – Roll-Off

Q: What is considered construction waste?

A: Wooden crates, other wood debris, sawdust, vegetation, wall and floor coverings, plaster, metal scraps, furniture, wiring, etc.

Q: What size roll-off can I have for my roofing job?

A: For roofing debris, Hardin Sanitation recommends a 20-yard roll-off.

Q: Can I have a roll-off in the street in front of my house?

A: Many local service areas require permits for on-street roll-offs. Please check with the city of Eagle for more information. Call (208) 939-6813.
